Beninese law applies to this contract.

The site allows members to post comments.

In its publications, the member undertakes to respect the rules of Netiquette and the rules of law.

The site has a moderation retroactively on publications and reserves the right to refuse their application online, without having to justify to the member.

The member remains holder of all of its intellectual property rights. But by publishing a publication on the site, it yields to the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate and distribute its publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any support (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property. The Member notably gives the right to use the publication on the internet and on mobile telephone networks.

The publisher agrees to include the member's name next to every use of its publication.
